Unbelievably Toasty Nutty Almond Buttercrunch
Try YC’s unbelievably toasty nutty almond buttercrunch, no sugar added, pulled thinly, coated with our 50% cacao milk chocolate (this is the percentage of cacao frequently found only in dark chocolates) and then lavishly coated all around with dry-roasted almonds….why are our almonds special? We get all our nuts in house WHOLE - wonderful untoasted Nonpareil Supreme Almonds, the best in California. Next, we dry-roast them…no fats of any kind, followed by crushing these whole nuts into large pieces-the most expensive way to give you the most almond taste, crunchy texture and value!….by the way, products with any discernable levels of nuts are not truly “sugar free” and should not be thought of as such…Nuts DO have natural levels of sugar, although low. Therefore, we responsibly label our confections with nuts as “No Sugar Added”, with nuts being our ONLY source of any sugars. We have not figured out how to get the “sugars” out of nuts from Mother Nature to be able to call our confections “sugar free”.
